How long will my truffles stay fresh?
All truffles made at koko chocolates are made with the freshest ingredients with no added preservatives. We recommend that you consume your truffles within 2 weeks of purchase date, if in fact you have the willpower to resist them for more than a few minutes!
At what temperature should I store and serve my truffles?
Truffles should be stored and served at room temperature. This will bring out the full flavour of your chocolates. Cold chocolate doesn't release its flavors and aromas as quickly, altering the tasting experience.
I have a food allergy. Can I eat your chocolates?
Nuts are used in some of our truffle products, and as a result there may be traces of peanuts or nuts in all of our chocolate products.
Soy Lecithin is an ingredient that is used as an emulsifier in the chocolate that we use at koko chocolates.
Sesame may be contained in the almonds that we use in our koko rochers
Unless otherwise specificed, all truffles made at koko chocolates contain cream.

Do you carry dairy-free or vegan products?
Our koko rocher is both dairy-free and vegan. We also make a chocolate truffle using coconut milk instead of dairy products on special request - minimum order of 24 pieces applies. Please note that the chocolate we use at koko chocolates does say "may contain milk".

What kind of chocolate do you use?
koko chocolates uses premium Belgian Callebaut chocolate in all truffle recipes
What forms of payments do we accept?
Currently we are able to accept payment in the form of CASH, CHEQUE, or INTERAC money transfers. Please make all cheques payable to "Lori Sword".
For out of town purchases, we are are able to accept credit card payments using PayPal and Interac Money Transfers
